Celebrating our FIRST birthday!
Today marks a whole year since the official opening of the Palm River Hotel, here on the tranquil banks of the Zambezi River, Victoria Falls. Sheltered under the rustling leaves of indigenous flora, the Honourable President of the Republic of Zimbabwe, Dr E Mnangagwa pronounced the Palm River Hotel officially open!
Our first year has been truly memorable. We have hosted extravagant weddings, had dinners interrupted by roaming elephants, celebrated the arrival of inaugural flights to our tourism hub and, most importantly, showcased our very special piece of paradise so picturesquely placed on the edge of the Zambezi River with guests from all over the world.
Below is a selection of our most memorable moments from a fruitful first year. And as we roll into our busy festive season, we take this opportunity to thank our guests, industry partners, and all who have supported our journey so far. We thoroughly look forward to the adventures and prosperity that the new year and years ahead will bring!
