Enjoy a fusion fare inside the hotel’s grand dining hall, surrounded by large airy collonaded walls, tall ceilings with the warmth of a classic parquet floor beneath. The dining hall flows out onto an open veranda space and a large al fresco dining area, sheltered by tall ceilings that merge with the canopy of trees. The restaurant offers an à la carte menu serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to hotel guests and day visitors, while the cuisine reflects the natural setting, using fresh, local ingredients.
