The dining hall flows out onto an open veranda space and a large al fresco dining area, sheltered by tall ceilings that merge with the canopy of trees. The refreshing and airy dining spaces are complimented by sweeping garden views framed by cobbled pathways leading directly down to the Zambezi River beyond. Swimming Pool

A 34m infinity pool in the foreground of the main area merges with the horizon and offers a cool oasis under the shade of towering trees. Cleverly separated into sections, the pool includes a 24m lap pool, a shallow splash pool ideal for children and a refreshing infinity pool on the lower section. The pools lay parallel to the calming waters of the Zambezi River making for an idyllic spot for some poolside relaxation. At night the pool area transforms into a starlit wonderland, with the use of cleverly illuminated pebbles and lighting, and if you’re lucky you might even spot some night wildlife such as hippos or elephants as they forage in the shade of the night.

Shuttle Bus

A complimentary shuttle bus will run on a schedule throughout the day, transporting guests between The Palm River Hotel and Victoria Falls Town. The shuttle stops at key landmarks for guests’ convenience including the Victoria Falls Rainforest, Ilala Lodge Hotel and various craft markets along the route.
