Introducing Our New Lunch Offerings
We’re feeling inspired by the change of season. In summer, the world is sunnier, brighter and infinitely full of life. Nowhere else is this atmosphere more keenly felt than in Victoria Falls, where the very air is humming with activity!
To celebrate this feeling, we’ve decided to add a few more items to our lunch menu.
The Palm River Hotel’s Chef Genna Tozer explains it best:
“We wanted to add some lighter, yet still flavourful options to our lunch menu. The new dishes provide more choices for vegan and vegetarian guests, as well as some fresh takes on classic ingredients.”

New Lunch Items
Hummus Bowl (Vegan)
A medley of fresh vegetables, like carrots and celery sticks, seed crackers, falafel, cherry tomatoes, marinated olives and za’atar. Served with smooth, protein-packed hummus. A light, but satisfying, vegan option.
Crispy Chicken Taco
Juicy chicken in a crunchy corn taco shell with fun toppings like sriracha mayo, cream cheese, lettuce and salsa. A flavourful fusion lunch.
Marula Nut Pie
Rich marula nut pie topped with bright, orange ice-cream and a vanilla crumble. A cool, creamy dessert.
Vanilla Waffles
Freshly-prepared waffles topped with a generous dollop of salted caramel ice-cream, caramelised apples and honeycomb. A mouth-watering delight.
More additions to the lunch menu include hearty Pork Belly Tacos, Rib-eye Steak and a succulent Halloumi Wrap.
These additions join existing lunchtime favourites like burgers, salads and satay skewers.
Guests are invited to enjoy these fresh new flavours while taking in the hotel’s signature riverfront setting.
